Dispo is a directory of free AI health tools — symptom checkers, triage tools, and specialist second-look services — labeled honestly, so you can understand what your symptoms could mean, how urgent they might be, and what kind of care to look for next.
None of these tools gives you a diagnosis, and neither do we. They give you information so you can make a more informed decision about your next step — the same way a good triage nurse points you to the right door, not the answer itself.
Do not use any app or website — including this one — in an emergency. In the US you can also call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) any time, free.
Every listing on Dispo carries one of three labels, because "free" means different things in different places. We tell you who actually pays:
TRULY FREE
Free to use, no paywall behind it. Somebody else — an employer program, a nonprofit, an advertiser, or the company itself — covers the cost, and we tell you who.
FREE THROUGH EMPLOYER
Free to you only because your employer or health plan pays for it. You'll check eligibility with your job or insurance before you can use it.
FREE CHECK, PAID CARE BEHIND IT
The check, quiz, or assessment is free — the doctor visit, treatment, or subscription behind it is not. We list the price where the company publishes one.
Every listing is verified by hand on the company's own website and stamped with the date we checked it. Listings are never paid placements, and ranking is never for sale.
Feeling sick and not sure what it is? Start with a general symptom check.
The go-or-wait decision — and what each door costs before you walk through it.
Hot flashes, brain fog, sleep changes — plus free cancer screening, and fertility support, facts and clinic results.
Cycle tracking, ovulation prediction, and an AI ovulation-test reader.
ED, hair loss, testosterone and more — free assessments, priced honestly.
Age-appropriate, safeguarded information for teens (and the adults checking for them).
Coaching apps, GLP-1 companions, and what the paid programs really cost.
Photo-based skin checks — what they can and cannot tell you.
Digital physical therapy programs, usually through your employer or plan.
Already have a diagnosis or a scan? Get a report explained, or a specialist's second read.
Marketplace dates Nov 1 – Jan 15, the Dec 15 Jan-1 deadline, and the five decisions to make before you pick a plan.
Vaccines for your destination, English-speaking doctors abroad, and planned care in Mexico, Costa Rica, Thailand, and Panama — with published prices.
A free check tells you where to go. Our sister project tells you what it costs: real hospital prices, published the way hospitals are required to post them.
Dispo never runs a checker of its own and never sees your health information — every tool opens on its own site, under its own privacy policy, which each listing summarizes.
